Hi, I'm Inje (In-Jeh)

I'm currently building Glintly, one platform for independent professionals like coaches, consultants, and freelancers to get booked and paid, without juggling a patchwork of tools.

I got my start co-founding Set Labs, a startup born in a small ground-level apartment in the heart of SoMa, San Francisco, that grew to manage ~$250M for tens of thousands of users. That growth was in small part thanks to me, and in huge part thanks to an amazing team. After Set Labs, I joined Netflix as a senior software engineer before setting off to build Glintly.

I was born and raised in the Italian suburbia of Clark, New Jersey. Aside from building, I have a deep love for music, art, design, food, coffee, fashion, and philosophy. Lately I've been geeking out over philosophical theories, coffee beans (Guatemalan ones are amazing), what the next 10 to 30 years might look like, and revisiting Notorious B.I.G.'s music.

Fun fact, in 2018 I coined the term DeFi (Decentralized Finance), which grew into one of the biggest sectors in crypto.
